About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Bowl d'Amour website and subscription service. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Bowl d'Amour operates in Delhi NCR, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The subscription

Bowl d'Amour is a recurring subscription service. When you subscribe, you receive weekly meal deliveries tailored to your dog's profile.

  • Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you pause or cancel it.
  • Meal plans are built around the information you provide about your dog. It is your responsibility to keep this information accurate and up to date.
  • Prices may vary depending on your dog's size, dietary needs, and any add-ons you select. You will always see your price before confirming.

Pausing and cancellation

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. There is no minimum commitment.

  • Pause: your deliveries stop until you ask us to resume. Your dog's profile and plan are kept on file.
  • Cancel: your subscription ends. No further charges or deliveries will be made.

Refunds

Because meals are freshly prepared for your dog each week, we cannot accept returns.

  • If a delivery arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected delivery.
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, any meals already prepared or dispatched are non-refundable. Charges for future deliveries will stop immediately.

Delivery

We deliver across Delhi NCR. Delivery days and windows are communicated when your subscription starts. We do our best to deliver on schedule, but delays may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and store the meals properly (refrigerate or freeze as indicated on the packaging).

Veterinary disclaimer

Bowl d'Amour is a nutrition service, not a veterinary service.

Our meal plans are formulated against FEDIAF and AAFCO nutrient guidelines and are designed to support healthy dogs. However:

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice for any health condition.
  • Our service does not replace regular veterinary care. If your dog has a medical condition, always consult your veterinarian before making dietary changes.
  • For dogs with diagnosed conditions (kidney disease, diabetes, allergies, recovery from surgery, etc.), we require your vet's confirmation before finalising a recipe.
  • You remain responsible for your dog's overall health and veterinary care.

All content on this website — text, images, design, logo, recipes — is the property of Bowl d'Amour. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of this website without our written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
